What We're Looking For:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience within a civil infrastructure design consultancy environment
- Strong technical expertise in highways and drainage design
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
- Chartered (CEng) or Incorporated (IEng) status, or actively working towards it
- Excellent communication, report writing, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage your own workload and contribute to team success
- Experience in Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), drainage strategies, and due diligence
- Familiarity with Eurocodes and project stages (RIBA/HOAI) is advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
- 25 days holiday + public holidays + birthday leave
- Option to buy/sell up to 5 additional days
- Private medical insurance (for you and your family)
- Bupa cash plan
- 7.5% employer pension contribution
- Cycle to work scheme
- Annual professional membership fees paid
- A supportive, people-focused culture with genuine career progression and training
