Each year we carry out this type of work to more than 30,000 occupied homes, along with building between 300 to 700 new homes.

Boost Skills

Improve skills and secure employment for 500 long term unemployed people by 2012. Since 2007, 363 people have graduated from our Building Futures programme.

Reduce Carbon

Achieve a 10% year-on-year reduction in carbon emissions from fleet and energy consumption.

Minimise Waste

Send zero non-hazardous waste to landfill. We achieved 95% in 2010 with the existing 5% due to difficult waste streams.
