Plastic Tubes, Plastic Extrusions, Plastic Cores

PB EXTRUSIONS are dedicated producers of plastic tubes & profiled plastic extrusions, making tubes up to 145mm diameter and profiles to 200mm width. Many thermoplastics processed, predominantly ABS & UPVC but others include HDPE, LDPE, PS, PP, PPO & TPE. A particular specialism is plastic cores for the label, film & print industries. OEM, custom and standard sized cores supplied, often from stock, with facilities for on & off-line cutting, notching and finishing.

Injection Moulders, Plastic Injection Moulding, Injection Mouldings

COMPONENT MOULDERS are specialist injection moulders of technical & precision thermoplastic parts, with plastic injection moulding capacity up to 800 grams shot - 250 tonne lock. Virtually all thermoplastics & elastomers processed, including high-performance grades of LCP, PAA, PBT, PEEK, PEI, PPS, TPE, TPU, blends & specialist compounds. Along with extensive facilities for producing injection mouldings, services include mould-making, printing, insertion, ultra-sonic welding, product assembly, kanban & DLF deliveries - all with complete quality assurance. ISO9002 & Aerospace approvals.
