MARTEC - We know about UK noise and vibration, building acoustics, hand arm & whole body vibration and occupational hearing loss. UK Standards with which we are familiar, include BS.4142 for industry, MPG11 for quarries, landfills and open sites, PPG24 for planning, BS.6472 for human response to vibration in buildings, BS.7385 for building damage assessment, The Building Regulations Approved Document E for sound insulation tests. The Company was formed in 1973, to provide a specialist consultancy service for a wide range of applications, acting within both public and private sectors, for large companies and for the private individual.
