Four D Rubber Company was set up in 1964 to develop a proprietary process for the continuous casting of latex sheeting. The company was bought out in 1998 and under new ownership has had substantial additional investment in capacity and ancillary processes. The company is located in Heanor, Derbyshire and is well connected to the motorway network for logistics purposes. Recently the company acquired a wholly owned subsidary in Sri Lanka that is also producing quality latex sheeting.

Pre-vulcanised liquid latex from Malaysia and Thailand is bought in, mixed in to batches and then run in a process that can produce sheeting from 0.16,, up to 3.0mm and for certain products in widths of up to 4 metres. A range of "latex free" sheeting is available for use where an allergy to the protein content within natural rubber latex is a concern.

For many years Four D has been the leading supplier of latex sheeting to the fashion and fetish clothes makers worldwide. Our range of Supatex sheeting is known worldwide and to this range of colours we have since added a range of Vibrant colours and a range of Pearlsheen colours, the latter of which gives a metallic-look finish to the material.

Resistive exercise bands & tubes for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports therapy and training available in a wide range of resistive strengths and colours. Four D manufactures "own label" exercise bands for the world market.

Four D Rubber manufactures and supplies dental dams widely employed in endodontic and general dental interventions, and has recently become the leading global supplier of these products. Four D also manufactures a bespoke range of branded dams for other customers.
