We are a roller shutter company based in Sheffield, our engineers manufacturers and install roller shutters for commercial, industrial buildings and residential homes. From shop fronts, surgeries, schools, to factory units, all our roller shutters are bespoke and designed for your premises to provide the best possible security

Roller shutters give your premises the security it needs to help prevent vandalism and burglary, along with the stress and expense that comes with it.

The shutters provides both a visual warning and an extremely strong barrier to stop burglars and vandals breaking into your premises

The shutters come as standard in galv but may also be in a powder coated finish

Should a roller shutter not be suitable, then we also offer retractable gates, which tend to be installed internally.

By law it is now a legal requirement in accordance with the Machinery Directive, European Standard EN12341 to 1:2003, that all power operated, and automatic doors must be subject to a controlled and regular maintenance programme.

Just like your car and other mechanical equipment your doors must be regularly maintained to ensure they continue to work smoothly and efficiently.

Regular servicing can increase the lifespan of your shutters and help minimise the risk of costly expense due to downtime and repair of the roller shutter. Although we cannot guarantee the shutter will not break- down we can help to prevent it.

Scheduled servicing will maintain the overall operating performance and safety of your shutters and will also help identify any alignment, tension and worn part problems before serious and costly breakdowns can occur.

Servicing will help towards the following:

Minimise Breakdowns - Improve reliability by preventing common problems

maintaining your security, safety and convenience.

We develop a service schedule based on your individual shutter type, usage, frequency and requirements. We recommend that the service be done annually although this will increase if the shutter is of high usage throughout the day. We provide a thorough inspection of all roller shutters and carry out an assessment of the doors condition.

Once a service is completed you will receive a certificate for proof of service to keep for your records.
