Scope
Description
The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board鈥檚 (CAVUHB) Capital, Estates and Facilities (CEF) Department have a requirement for the Provision of Cleaning Services to a number of their community sites.
This applies to all internal areas including:
鈥� Entrances and reception areas
鈥� Offices and meeting rooms
鈥� Corridors and circulation spaces
鈥� Toilets and washrooms
鈥� Kitchens and staff rest areas
鈥� Clinical/non-clinical areas
鈥� Stairwells and lifts
鈥� Storage rooms
The key services required are:
鈥� Routine daily cleaning services
鈥� Touchpoint cleaning e.g door handles, push plates, handrails
鈥� Waste collection, with waste to be collected in appropriate bags in accordance with waste segregation regulations.
鈥� Floor maintenance programmes
鈥� Internal glass and partition cleaning

- 拢900,000 excluding VAT
- 拢1,080,000 including VAT
