• Procedures that would be put in place to ensure that the programme will be able to commence on contract start date;...

• Detail your procedure for communicating with residents throughout the process of replacing windows and doors from your initial introduction to arranging a site survey and installing new units.

• How would you effectively communicate with vulnerable residents, from start to completion of works;

• Provide an example of where communication with a resident resolved an issue (such as no access) or complaint;

• Outline your complaints procedures.

For example, your offer might include:
