Conditions of participation

The Contractor shall not delay commencement or completion of site preparation, foundations, drainage, service installation and other enabling works pending delivery of the modular building. The Works shall be programmed and undertaken in phases where necessary to ensure that all practicable works are completed at the earliest opportunity and in advance of the modular building delivery date.
