Salford City Council (The "Authority") are looking to enter into an Agreement for Responsive Repairs and Small Works (the "Works").

The Authority is intending to establish a Contract for the Works with a single (1) supplier (the "Contractor").

The Contract is designed to deliver:

• a 24-hour 365 days a year multi-trade responsive repairs works service to the Council commercial, industrial and residential property assets.

• multi-trade small works packages up to a value £30,000 excluding of VAT per order.

Total value (estimated)

• £2,100,000 excluding VAT
• £2,520,000 including VAT

• Possible extension to 31 October 2031

Description of possible extension:

The contract shall be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further two (2) periods of 12 months.
