The term of the contract will be two years with options to extend by two periods of 12 months.

The estimated contract value is inclusive of all goods that may be purchased under this contract, including repairs and maintenance to existing properties and new build housing requirements. The value represents the combined estimated expenditure across both categories of work over the duration of the contract, this may include; doors, door handles, hinges and anything related to fire safety products and other products related to new build housing.
