The Authority intends to award a single contract for the provision of PMI Electrical Services for a term of one hundred and twenty (120) months (10 years). The Contract will include a twelve (12) month no鈥慺ault break clause, exercisable at the Authority鈥檚 discretion. The indicative total contract value is 拢75,000,000 (Seventy鈥慒ive Million Pounds), which equates to an estimated 拢7.5 million per annum, subject to demand and a zero鈥憊olume guarantee. This contract covers the full scope of electrical cyclical testing, maintenance, servicing, associated remedial works, upgrades and compliance activities across residential properties and communal buildings.
