The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a supplier to deliver the Grangemouth Strategic Spatial Framework study to Scottish Enterprise.

The work is intended to provide a practical, infrastructure-led and investment-focused tool to support decision-making around land, infrastructure, sequencing and investment readiness, rather than producing a fixed masterplan or statutory zoning document.

It is anticipated that the contract will start on c. 26 October 2026 for a period of 6 months. The estimated total value associated with this contract is expected to be in the region of between GBP146,000 and GBP208,000 excluding VAT.

Any contract will be entered into with the nominated lead organisation and all members of the consortium, who will in these circumstances each be required to execute said contract together with all ancillary documentation, evidencing their joint and several liability in respect of the obligations and liabilities of the contract.
