Description
The Authority is seeking a consultancy with expertise in providing cost management services and with the ability to offer agile and reactive working arrangements to support the Authority in the delivery of their Highways and Transportation Capital Works Programme.

Framework operation description
Prices will be submitted in the Appendix 3 - Pricing Schedule provided during the tender. Services will be raised as individual Orders and be valued based on cost per hour x number of hours for the required duration of work. The conditions of contract that apply to an Order is the NEC4 Professional Services Contract, June 2017 (with amendments).
