- Roof Repairs
- Replacement of Rainwater Goods
- Repairs to Windows
- Masonry Repairs
- Cladding
- Light Refurbishment of Male and Female Toilets
- Redecoration
Works to be undertaken in conjunction with the JCT Minor Works 2024 Contract
