Description
To deliver a highly responsive Shredding and Secure Disposal Service throughout the South Yorkshire Police Force Area.
On site services - all waste to be be shredded in a purpose-built shredding vehicle which complies with the most current requirements of BSIA recommendations on 'on-site' vehicles for the destruction of confidential waste.
Off-site services (by exception)
Disposal including Paper and Digital, Magnetic & Electronic Media
Full chain of custody and compliant Certificate(s) of Destruction
Provision of secure confidential waste consoles (various sizes) across the South Yorkshire Police estate.

Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
Ad-Hoc / Bulk Purges: Clear-outs of archive rooms or site closures that may require large container drops (e.g. large industrial wheelie bins and/or skips) outside regular schedules. E.g. for office relocations and/or office decommissioning.
Ancillary Hardware Purchases: The right to buy or lease additional secure hardware, such as extra lockable consoles, heavy-duty external wheelie bins, or on-site micro-cut shredders should they be required. E.g. specific operational needs; changes to your internal Data Retention Policy or a statutory mandate under data protection regulations (such as FDPR) requiring immediate destruction of certain legacy archives.
