Framework operation description

Services and works will be directly awarded to the first ranked contractor for the respective Lot. Where the first ranked contractor does not have the capacity to undertake the work, the Authority will approach the second ranked contractor. If the second ranked contractor does not have the capacity to undertake the work, the Authority will approach the third ranked. This will carry on until a contractor accepts the work or there are no more contractors on the Lot.
