Renfrewshire Council are seeking to enter into two (2) Contracts, Reactive Replacement Windows and Doors for Building Services and Replacement of Windows and Doors Programme for Housing Investment. ]
There are two separate Contracts included within this Invitation to Tender as detailed below:
Lot 1 - Reactive Replacement Windows and Doors (Contract 1)
Lot 2 - Replacement of Windows and Doors Programme (Contract 2)
Tenderers are invited to bid for one or both Lots. The Most Economically Advantageous tender for each Lot will be awarded the Contract.
The Council reserves the right to award one Contract or both Contracts. This decision will be at the sole discretion of the Council.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the work as part of Lot 1 Reactive Replacement Windows and Doors. This Contract focuses on the reactive requirements of Building Services.
The appointed Contractor will be required to measure, supply and fit within the timescales stipulated in the Specification.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a suitably and experienced Contractor to undertake the Lot 2 requirements which is the replacement of windows to circa 2,550 Council Housing Properties and replacement of doors to 564 Council Housing Properties.
This work is is expected to be delivered over a 5-year period, this consists of 3 Years with the Council having the sole decision to extend on two separate occasions for up to 12 months on each occasion.
