Blackpool Council intends to appoint one contractor to provide inspection, servicing, maintenance, and emergency response for intruder alarms, fire alarms, and emergency lighting across its property portfolio.

It is a requirement of this contract that the successful bidder is a Approved Contractor registered with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) or NAPIT

3) Disclosure & Barring Service

Please confirm that you have, or are willing to obtain, DBS checks for personnel where applicable.

4) Compliance with Building Regulations

Please confirm that you conduct your operations, including choice of material and work processes are carried out in a way compliant with or exceeding Building Regulations.

5) CSCS Cards

Please confirm that all staff employed on this contract will have the minimum of current yellow CSCS cards.

6) CHAS Membership / SSIP Forum Registered Membership

Please confirm that your company has a current CHAS membership or membership from one of the SSIP Forum Registered Members.
