Framework operation description

PfP will conduct a qualitative and financial evaluation of the Tender Submissions received, and the Framework Agreement will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) in accordance with the methodology set out within the tender documents. Further information on how contracts will be awarded is also detailed within the tender documents.

PfP is looking to appoint up to six suppliers per Lot. There is no limit on the number of Lots for which a supplier may either (a) submit a bid or (b) be appointed.
