Beacon Group invites tenders for the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of vertical transportation (VT) systems at the following locations:

• Llys Nazareth

• Ty Bethania

• Constantine Court

• Llys Yr Onnen

Total value (estimated)

• £416,666.66 excluding VAT
• £500,000 including VAT

Lot 1. Ty Bethania & Llys Nazareth

Description

The Project comprises of removal of existing lift equipment at both locations and replacing the equipment with 1 x MRL traction passenger lift at both locations, with features as specified in this tender pack (Schedule 2) within the existing lift shafts.

The Project will also include all associated Builders & Electrical Works, this will include Certified firestopping within the lift shaft as necessary.

• £208,333.33 excluding VAT
• £250,000 including VAT

Description
