Be One Homes invites suitably experienced contractors to tender for the supply and installation of windows. The intention is to appoint two contractors to deliver the works, with the workload distributed between both contractors over the contract term.

PAS 2023 Accreditation
The Contractor shall demonstrate PAS 2030 accreditation or equivalent technical competence in the installation of energy efficiency and retrofit-related measures.
The Contractor is required to deliver at pace, c400 windows from contract commencement to 31 March 2027.
