Description
The University intends to appoint a single contractor under a framework arrangement to deliver minor works and maintenance projects across the university estate.
The appointed partner will be responsible for projects up to 拢5 million (including contingency, excluding VAT), with flexibility to deliver selected projects between 拢1 million and 拢5 million where required.
