South Ayrshire Council are looking to establish a Measured Term Contract (MTC) for a suitably experienced and resourced Contractor who can deliver Planned and Reactive Servicing & Maintenance to Boilers within non-domestic properties covering a range of heating types including Gas, Electric, Bio-mass and LPG.
The contract will be awarded to one Contractor who has the capacity and experience to fully service and maintain all of the various elements.
