II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Dunbritton Housing Association (DHA), West Highland Housing Association (WHHA) and Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) (referred to as the Associations in this ITT) are jointly seeking the services of Development Service Consultants for an Unranked Consultants Framework 1 October 26 till 31 September 28 with 2 x 12-month options to a 4 years maximum duration.
It is intended that The Associations will enter into a contract with Development Agents to provide development services on the construction project. They will provide day to day project management of the project to deliver management at a local level, utilise local knowledge, contacts and have specific community engagement expertise as per the below listed Schedule of Service. In essence the Development Agent will act as The Association’s Development Officer, reporting to The Association’s Chief Executives.
