Framework operation description

The framework will consist of 18 Lots in total, covering three zones each with 6 lots. It is envisaged that a maximum of two nominated suppliers per Lot will be appointed to deliver the Framework. The two suppliers per lot will be ranked as per the evaluation criteria. Two suppliers will be appointed to each Lot on a ranked basis. The first ranked supplier within each lot will be awarded work based on available resource. If they do not have the resource to undertake the work when required then the second ranked supplier will awarded the work.
