The Service consists of:

• Planned maintenance, including Remedial repairs

• Reactive maintenance

• Associated works & services

The Contractor will provide the Service:

• during Normal Working Hours

• outside of Normal Working Hours

• Weekends & bank holidays

• with 24-hours coverage, 365 days a year
