Description
The Council seeks to appoint a single provider to provide Specialist Deep Cleaning services for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
This will include, but not limited to:
鈥� Communal area deep cleans
鈥� End-of-tenancy cleans
鈥� Post-eviction cleans
鈥� Biohazard cleans
鈥� Drug paraphernalia and contaminated waste cleans
鈥� Emergency response cleans
鈥� Specialist cleans to newly acquired Temporary Accommodation (TA) properties

- 拢240,000 excluding VAT
- 拢288,000 including VAT
