Scope
Description
This opportunity is for Design Consultancy Services to survey, assess, review and design an upgrade of existing Cold Water Services systems at the Natural History Museum at South Kensington.
The Design Consultant is also expected to act as the NHM's technical advisor during refurbishment works and installation phase.

Once this has been completed, the tenderer will be granted access to the tender documentation.

Description of possible extension:
The Contract may be extended beyond the Initial Term for a period of up to 2 (two) years (the "Renewal Period") at NHM's sole discretion, by NHM giving the Consultant not less than 1 (one) months' notice prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or the Renewal Period (as applicable). Subject to funding availability, the programme of works may continue to 31 March 2029. Each extension will be issued under a new contract to the Contractor.
