Description
Leeds Building Services (LBS) are responsible for testing Leeds City Council assets for Electrical safety and for continued use as the in-house service provider for Leeds City Council. LBS have a requirement for a subcontractor to provide testing for 10 Active Leeds sites.
This work can only be carried out at night Monday to Thursday (4 shifts). The hours of work will be a maximum of 1 hour before the centre closes and 1 hour after it reopens the following morning.
The sub-contractor shall be a member of a Competent Person scheme ie NICEIC or NAPIT. Test equipment calibrations certificates to be shared with LBS. Electricians will be time served NVQ Level 3/AM2. Qualifications of engineers on site must be shared with LBS and updated if there are any staff changes before they start work.

Conditions of participation
The tester is required to hold a Level 3 Testing and Inspection qualification.
This work can only be carried out at night Monday to Thursday (4 shifts) so the tester will be required to carry out the works during night shifts only.
