Description
Sutton Housing Partnership ("the Authority") for itself and as agent for the London Borough of Sutton and Sutton Living Ltd are inviting Suppliers to submit Tenders for an Open Frameworks being tendered under Regulation 49(2) of the Procurement Act 2023 ("PA23") in respect of the scope of Works to Lots 1 to 4 as detailed below, The two most advantageous tenders for each Lot will be awarded both a membership of the Framework based on the JCT FA2024 Framework Agreement and a Call-Off Contract based on the NHF Form of Contract 2025
The intention is to set up an open framework initially for 3 years (1/10/2026 to 30/9/2029). A further open framework will run for two years (1/10/29 to 30/9/2031) and finally a follow up open framework will run for three years (1/10/2031 to 30/9/2034).
The procurement is to set up an open framework with 4 lots
LOT 1 - Carpentry, Windows and Doors
LOT 2 - Groundworks, Fencing, Drainage and Brickwork
LOT 3 - Working at Heights - Roofing, Fascias, Rainwater Goods, Scaffolding and Means of Access
LOT 4 - Asbestos Works

Description of possible extension:

The Call -Off Contracts to be issued under the Framework Agreement will also be for an initial three years with an option to be extended for a further two years and a further option to extend for a further three years.
Suppliers may tender for one or all Lots, which will be evaluated separately.
