o Further down selection to a small number of bidders.
3. Stage 3 - Dialogue & Final Tenders
o Dialogue with remaining bidders.
o Final tenders requested.
4. Stage 4 - Contract Award
o Best scoring final tender selected, subject to approvals and standstill.
