YPO is owned by its 13 local government member authorities, and has a turnover of 拢1.1bn; Pagabo manages frameworks on behalf of public sector contracting authorities. The move comes a little more than a year into the implementation of the Procurement Act.
The partnership will bring new聽procurement聽options聽to the market,聽starting in the coming weeks聽with framework agreements聽catering for construction,聽infrastructure聽and development.聽Under the partnership, a聽series of new framework agreements聽will see YPO as the centralised procurement聽authority, while聽Pagabo聽will聽be聽responsible for聽design,聽delivery聽and ongoing management. 聽
