The new 2,178 sq m Coleshill Leisure Centre will be built alongside The Coleshill School site on Packington Lane, for use by both the school and the local community.
Work is set to start on site this moth and complete in October.
Wates was awarded the contract through Scape鈥檚 Empa regional framework.
