Vinci takes sole ownership of Cofiroute

3 Feb 14 Colas has sold its 16.67% stake in the share capital of Cofiroute to Vinci Autoroutes, which now owns the whole company.

Highway concession company Cofiroute operates a total of 1,100km of highways in western France as well as the Duplex A86 tunnel near Paris.
