The company was previously jointly controlled with Mexican partner ICA. Rodio Kronsa now holds all of Soletanche Freyssinet鈥檚 foundations work 鈥� which is carried out by Soletanche Bachy - in Central America, the Iberian Peninsula and Morocco.
Rodio Kronsa will generate revenue of nearly 鈧�100m (拢68m) in 2015, of which more than 60% is in Latin America.
The latest move is in line with Soletanche Freyssinet鈥檚 drive to step up its international expansion and continue to increase the share of its revenue generated outside Europe.
