16 Jul 13 ԭ consultant Turner & Townsend has been given a place on the Education Funding Agency’s (EFA) technical adviser framework for the delivery of free schools.

Turner & Townsend will be providing project management and technical advisory services, both for the government and as independent design and technical advisers for the developers of the new schools.
