The council has divided the work into three lots 鈥� maintenance, project delivery (capital works) and professional services. The work could therefore go to a single firm or three separate companies.
The maintenance part is valued at between 拢10m and 拢15m; the project delivery lot is worth an estimated 拢45m to 拢60m; professional services are budgeted to come in at between 拢11m and 拢15m.
Contract duration is an initial six years, with a discretionary two year extension.
