Southern ÂÜÀòÔ´´ Framework launches sixth generation

14 hours Hampshire and Devon County Councils have invited tenders to the sixth generation of the Southern ÂÜÀòÔ´´ Framework.

Bouygues delivered the refurbishment of Tower Hamlets Town Hall under the SCF

Launched in 2006, the SCF has supported the delivery of £10 billion of public sector construction projects and has consistently enabled around £500 million of project delivery each year.

While continuing to build on its established presence across the South West, South East and London, the tender marks the first time SCF is opening to public sector clients nationwide.

SCF6 will be structured across 10 lots covering the South West, South East and London, alongside England-wide provision for major and complex programmes. Value bands will range from local projects up to £30m, through to major and mega developments valued at £10m to £100m+.

The framework will go live from May 2027, ensuring continuity for public sector clients as the current framework reaches its conclusion on 1 May 2027. It is set to operate for a fixed four-year period.

SCF6 will, the councils say, support public sector organisations across the South of England and beyond through a collaborative, fully managed two-stage procurement approach.
