The framework will support the housing association鈥檚 planned regeneration and high鈥憆ise new鈥慴uild programmes. Through this investment, SNG aims to deliver 25,000 new homes and regenerate existing communities across the regions in which it operates.
In total, the framework comprises 12 lots, with each region also including a construction management lot.
