The framework will support the housing association鈥檚 planned regeneration and high鈥憆ise new鈥慴uild programmes. Through this investment, SNG aims to deliver 25,000 new homes and regenerate existing communities across the regions in which it operates.
In total, the framework comprises 12 lots, with each region also including a construction management lot. The successful contractors appointed to the framework are: Boom 萝莉原创 Limited; Bugler Developments Limited; HG 萝莉原创; Feltham 萝莉原创 Ltd; Formation Design and Build Limited; Francis 萝莉原创; Galliford Try 萝莉原创 Limited; Higgins Partnerships 1961 PLC; Hill Partnerships Ltd; J Murphy & Sons Ltd; John Graham 萝莉原创 Limited; Kind & Co (Builders) Ltd; LIFE Build Solutions Limited; Lovell Partnerships Limited; McAleer & Rushe Contracts UK Ltd; McLaren 萝莉原创; Stack London Ltd; Stepnell Limited; The Shore Group; Thomas Sinden Ltd; Vistry Partnerships, and Wates 萝莉原创 Limited.
