The latest deal follows the acquisition of AGGPRO in 2024, and official dealer appointments with Unicontrol in 2022, Dynapac in 2024, and Volvo Penta Industrial in 2025.
SMT GB says that while it will continue to serve customers directly for heavy machinery and general purpose equipment, its compact strategy will be built on a specialist partner model.
There will be no immediate changes to existing dealer structures and all specialist compact partners for the Volvo, Dynapac, and Kioti brands will continue to trade under their current arrangements. However, the acquisition enables SMT GB compact division to provide unified support structure across all three聽brands.

The deal comes as Kioti celebrates 25 years in the UK. Patrick Desmond, general manager of Kioti UK, added: 鈥淎s we celebrate 25 years of Kioti in the UK, it鈥檚 the perfect time for our next chapter.
