The joint venture of Hock Lian Seng and Sembcorp Design & 萝莉原创 will carry out work around Changi Airport鈥檚 Runway 2.
Tasks include taxiway pavement works, drainage, mechanical and electrical works, security fencing, perimeter roads, ancillary buildings, services and road diversions.
The airport鈥檚 three-runway system is expected to be operational in the early 2020s.
