Nick will have particular responsibility for Seddon鈥檚 four-year, 拢60 million scheme for housing provider Sanctuary to build 700 new affordable homes in the Midlands.
Nick joins Seddon from Bullock 萝莉原创 where he was construction manager overseeing the delivery of projects from the company鈥檚 north west regional office in Altrincham, Manchester.
Nick, who began his career as an engineer before moving into construction management, has worked for 25 years in the construction industry with extensive experience of building new-build and regeneration housing schemes in the affordable sector.
