The new Ebdon Court development in Weston-super Mare, in north Somerset, will replace an existing care home with 65 self-contained flats and community facilities. It is Alliance Homes鈥� largest single project to date.
The scheme has been developed in partnership with North Somerset Council and NHS North Somerset and has also received funding from the Homes & Communities Agency.
The 82-week build programme recently started on site and will be constructed to a BREEAM 鈥榲ery good鈥� environmental rating.
