The Scottish commercial property consultancy's project management team now makes up around 30% of its business, and is seeing sustained growth. Morrison has previously held senior roles at CBRE and Turner & Townsend.
The team has been further strengthened following a partnership with Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), which saw the addition of three new partners in 2025, James Paterson, Fraser Ross and Paul Lafferty.
Ryden recently worked with Kadans Science Partner on Glasgow鈥檚 purpose-built Health Innovation Hub, the completion of Lucent at 50 Bothwell Street and a number of instructions in the refurbishment of city centre office stock. Ryden also offers design capabilities and cost consultancy advice for clients.
