At Reds10, Beechey's role will be to help accelerate the business鈥檚 next phase of growth and support its ambition to revolutionise the construction sector through industrialised delivery.
He joins from the Wates Group, where he held several senior leadership roles, including group investment director, group strategy director, and most recently group public sector Ddrector. In this role, he led major public sector programmes across defence, education and justice, helping to shape innovative delivery models and long-term partnerships. Beechey was also a member of the Wates Group executive committee for over 11 years, where he contributed to the strategic direction and performance of the business.
He brings with him deep expertise in complex programme delivery, public sector engagement, public-private partnerships, corporate governance, and scaling high-growth businesses. This experience will be instrumental, Reds10 says, as it continues to expand across key markets.
