QTS Group has promoted Adam Jordan to director of engineering and recruited Tony Vozniak as HSQE director.
Adam Jordan, who will be based at the company’s Rench Farm HQ office, joined QTS in 2022 after a decade with Network Rail.
In his new role, he will oversee engineering strategy and delivery, ensuring QTS continues to provide innovative and technically-robust capabilities for its client-base.
The appointments follow a period of growth for the company, which now employs more than 750 people nationwide across 14 offices.
To support this growth, health & safety specialist Tony Vozniak has joined the business as HSQE director based in QTS’ newest office in Derby. He will work alongside the compliance director, Iain Kirk, who continues to lead, develop and manage compliance, including licencing, accreditations and business management systems. Vozniak has joined QTS from Ardent Hire Solutions, where he had been HSQE director for seven years.
Existing board member Bruno Martin has been promoted to strategy and technical director, based in the Manchester office. Martin joined QTS Group in 2010 and has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and technical capability, particularly through his work in engineering leadership and business development. His new role will see him focus on developing strategic industry partnerships and exploring new market opportunities to ensure the continued expansion of QTS Group.
Managing director Andy Steel said: “These appointments reflect both the strength of talent within our organisation and our ambition for continued growth. Adam and Bruno have made significant contributions to the business and their promotions recognise the impact they have already made. Tony will make a great addition to the team, with this expertise further strengthening our skillset on the board, helping to maintain the highest standards of safety across all our operations.”
