PMC has been contracted to build a development of 41 flats and seven terraced houses in the centre of Bracknell at Edenfield, on Larges Lane, next to Bracknell & Wokingham College.
Stonewater said that the deal was made via negotiated contract without publication of a contract notice 鈥渄ue to the extreme urgent nature required to start construction on-site鈥�.
Stonewater was formed in January 2015 from the merger of Jephson and Raglan housing associations.
