Deeley 萝莉原创 is putting up an 18,500 sq ft, two-storey building that will provide offices for 50 Bloor Homes staff in Lichfield.
Completion is expected by spring 2026.

We are aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification with the new building including a range of sustainability features such as 160 solar panels, 20 electric vehicle charging points, permeable paving and a sustainable urban drainage system. It will also include car parking, landscaping, draining and infrastructure.鈥�
